The Miss North Dakota USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of North Dakota in the Miss USA pageant.

Their highest placement was in 1966 when Judy Slayton placed 3rd runner-up to Maria Remenyi of California. No Miss North Dakota USA has placed since 1996.
Two Miss North Dakota USA titleholders have competed at Miss America and five have competed at Miss Teen USA.
