Geordie were a band in the 1970s. Thry were known to many people as "Glam Rock" but they were just an easy going rock band. At first the line up was as follows: Leader Vic Malcolm(Guitar), Tom Hill(Bass) & Brian Gibson(Drums) and when they were looking for a singer they found Brian Johnson from a band called Buffalo and they soon released their 1973 Debut "Hope You Like It" and when famous AC/DC singer Bon Scott died in 1980. AC/DC came calling for Brian and ir was too much an offer to turn down and left them that same year releasing AC/DCs ground-breaking album "Back In Black" Geordie then recorded an album without Brian named "No Sweat" In 1983 which didn't reach much sucess. Two years later In 1985 they changed their name to Powerhouse and released their album which was eponymous in 1986 and was not up to standard and then quit and they then reunited for a comeback gig sometime in the 90's and that is the last we have heard from them.
