To anybody outside the narrow circle of people who edit this article, referring to "The Slim Shady LP" as Eminem's second album or to "Relapse" as his sixth -- in other words, considering "Infinite" a studio album among his others -- is completely odd and nitpicky. I understand that "Infinite" is a studio album, but it does not belong in any list of "Eminem's studio albums" for a variety of reasons. The best reason is that Eminem's official website does not mention it as such (it does not mention it at all). In my opinion, Eminem's website -- not the editors of Wikipedia -- is the definitive authority on what does and does not belong in a list of Eminem's albums. I propose that a new category for "independent releases" be made for "Infinite" and other releases that qualify (e.g., "The Slim Shady EP") and that we stop playing by our own rules. |

Considering "Infinite" a studio album
During the Time of Infinite, Eminem was closely associated with Rap Battling. For GOOD EXAMPLES of Rap Battles in Text and Audio Format, visit http://www.AveMcs.com
'How Come' from the alubum 'D12 World
This track should also be added to Eminem's number one single list.. if 'My Band' was added as well.. As the song reached No.1 in several countries, visit the 'How Come' page for further info. So the opening should now say Eminem has had 13 No.1 singles...
Also Jimmy Crack Corn was a no.1 single along wth forever with drake lil wayne and kanye west, so he should have 15 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.113.189.78 (talk) 20:58, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Awards and nominations
he is not the rapper with the most Grammy awards, Kanye West has 14.168.223.205.26 (talk) 21:07, 1 February 2010 (UTC)
- Fixed, thanks for the catch! -Verdatum (talk) 15:04, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
Abusive Parents
Eminem's Father left him when he was very young. His line from "My Name Is"showed hatred for his father. It was"By the the way if you see my dad tell him I slit his throat in this dream I had!".But you must understand why he hates his parents. In "cleaning out my closet"he explained that his mother was"poppin' pescription pills in the kitchen ***** and looking through her purse and****s missin'".His mother abused him but she "made that CD for (him) MA?!so you could try to justify the way you treated(him) MA?!" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.218.155.31 (talk) 01:32, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
- His songs may be deep but may not be true... He can be biased sometimes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aquibmsa (talk • contribs) 02:18, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
- Aquibmsa is right, we can't use his song lyrics as a source for anything. He's got an artistic license that protects him from slander/libel, we don't. If you are interested in adding biographical content, you might want to see what you can find in his autobiography. But even then, keep in mind that autobiographies have minor WP:Conflict of interest issues. -Verdatum (talk) 14:59, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
Can we change his main Wiki Picture?
He looks like a fking retard with a weird twitch in it... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.176.109.38 (talk) 00:05, 11 February 2010 (UTC)
- The picture issue has been discussed repeatedly, just browse the talkpage archives linked up top to see. It is difficult to acquire images with a compatible copyright status for Eminem. Anyone is more than welcome to try and find or photograph a better one. -Verdatum (talk) 17:28, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
Birthyear and birthplace
According to the official Eminem site, he was born in 1973 (not 1972 as the page currently reads as of Feb 13, 2010). The day and month are correct. His birthplace is Kansas City, Missouri, not St Joseph.

- eminem.net is an unofficial fansite, and the biography linked above does not have citations. Further, the section "Biography 2" of that link does state St. Joseph, and 1972. More reputable sources are needed to counter the existing ones. Again, for more on the birthplace issue, see Talk:Eminem/Archive 5#Eminem Never Lived In Kansas City. -Verdatum (talk) 17:18, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
What about his collaberation in forever by drake

More than likely bullshit. If you type it in Google. Not a damn thing pops up about it. Just some jackass making stuff up as usual. --69.155.124.215 (talk) 18:45, 1 March 2010 (UTC)
