Timothy O'Neill, born February 17, 1982 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is a midfielder who last played outdoor soccer for defunct USL First Division side Virginia Beach Mariners. He started his career with the South Jersey Barons. He later played for the Syracuse Salty Dogs and in 2004 was part of the team that reached the A-League Eastern Conference final.[1] In the 2005 season, he made 27 appearances for the Mariners, scoring one goal.[2] He continued to play for the franchise through the 2006 campaign, playing 22 more games.[3] Most recently, he played during the 2007–08 season for the New Jersey Ironmen of the Major Indoor Soccer League.
