Smirnykh (Template:Lang-ru) is an urban-type settlement in Sakhalin Oblast, Russia. It is located in the central part of Sakhalin at 49°45′00″N 142°50′00″E / 49.75°N 142.8333°E / 49.75; 142.8333. Population: 7,561 (2002 Census); 9,693 (1989 Census). Former name was Keton during Japanese rule (1905–1947).

It was home to Smirnykh air base during the Cold War.
