There are several ethnic groups in Gulshan Town including Muhajirs, Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras Ismailis, etc. Over 90% of the population is Muslim and 9% is Christian. Many inabitants are Christian, hence there are a lot of churches and missionary schools in this area. There is also a Muslim graveyard in this area[1].
