The Princeton Charter Club is one of Princeton University's ten eating clubs. It was founded in 1901 as Princeton's ninth eating club. Famous alumni of the club include actor Jimmy Stewart, Akamai Technologies co-founder F. Thomson Leighton, Morgan Stanley chairman Frank A. Petito, Web TV founder Phil Goldman, Indiana governor Mitch Daniels and actor David Duchovny.
