RfA question
I notice that Fuhghettaboutit asked if you would want to go for an RfA. I also notice that Fetchcomms would be happy to co-nominate. If you should wish to go forward with this, I would be honoured to also be a co-nominee. I came here to ask if you would be willing to stand, with me nominating you, and checked your archives first and saw that Fuhghettaboutit asked just before you went on holiday! Let me know one way or another - you are one of a couple of people I was considering asking about nominating! I hope you enjoy(ed) your holiday -- PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 15:28, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
- And I would be one of the most eager supporters, because I think you're one of the most patient and well-intentioned editors we have, as evidenced by your work on the Help Desk and handling of incidents such as those listed above and below. —Soap— 17:02, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

I am not understanding how to view my feedback on my sandbox article. I'd like to know that it's ok before I post.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Francoisg (talk • contribs)
Dear Ukexpat, I've added as reliable a source as I can, a published magazine article about the artist, and included links to those institutions where his work has been exhibited or is in the permanent collection. Will this suffice? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Francoisg (talk • contribs) 17:08, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
where to find the feedback?
I'm sorry, I just can't seem to find where to see any feedback on my sandbox article. Please help! (Francoisg (talk) 17:11, 5 May 2010 (UTC))
OK. I'll work on getting more of them. Since most of the coverage about him would be in newspapers, would I just submit the paper name and the date of the article, or must I submit the text of the article somehow? (Francoisg (talk) 17:15, 5 May 2010 (UTC))
Houston GLBT Community Center page
How many different editors come through and edit pages according to their own opinions?
Some think this page should have the address of the Center and some do not.
Some have removed the notability notice and you have replaced it.
Wikipedia just seems to bounce all over the place based on the editor (administrator) of the moment who happens to be viewing the page that day.
If you review the history, you will see that to which I refer. BBagbyGrose 23:32, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
Shabby_chic and Shabby_Chic_(Brand)
Dear Ukexpat:
As you may recall, we discussed some edits I had attempted to make to the Shabby_chic article in January 2010. You had suggested that I create a Shabby_Chic_(brand) page in order to differentiate between descriptive uses of the term to reference a style and uses intended to reference the proprietary brand. Now that I have done so, I am writing to request that you review the new page at Shabby_Chic_(brand) and provide your comments thereto. As you will note, I have researched the term extensively and have included references to support the statements made. I am confident that the new page will be helpful to make users aware of the term and its use.
After the page has been reviewed and approved, I intend to revisit the Shabby_chic page in order to correct any factual errors and cross-reference the brand page, and then to propose/create a disambiguation page to help users recognize the difference between the descriptive use of the term and the proprietary brand. I will be pleased to continue discussing these changes with you as they are made in order to ensure that the entries are as informational and helpful to users as possible.
I look forward to your comments.

sources added
I found three independent sources. One from a catalogue printed by the museum with an introduction by an art consultant. another from a Magazine article about him. another from a newspaper article about him.
Is this ready to go now? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Francoisg (talk • contribs) 15:11, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
hi
hi there,
Is there a reason why the content I inserted (non-commercial) was removed ? Also, I inserted a link to a blog on VDR's, is there a reason why that was also removed !
Thank you.
