Erik Salkič (born 25 June 1987 in Sežana) is a Slovenian football player who plays as a right-back for Olimpija Ljubljana.
Career
Salkič comes from the city of Sežana in the Karst region of western Slovenia. He started his career in FC Koper and came through the ranks there, but made his debut at Factor from Ljubljana in the 2006/07 season. After being a regular in the next season, injuries ruined his progress during the 2008/09 season. His contract ran out in the summer of 2009, and he signed for Olimpija Ljubljana on a free transfer.
After making his debut in 2006, he went on to play 15 times for the Slovenian U-21 side.
