Ronald Alvin Negray (born February 26, 1930 in Akron, Ohio, USA) was a pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched in 66 games from 1952-1958 with the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies.

On March 8, 1958, Negray was the starting pitcher in the Dodgers' first spring training game as the Los Angeles Dodgers, a 7 to 4 loss to the Phillies at Miami Stadium.[1]
