Lemmer (Template:Lang-fry) is a town in the municipality of Lemsterland (province of Friesland), in the Netherlands. It has a population of around 11,000 and is one of Friesland's most famous water sport towns.

Lemmer also is a common Luxembourgish last name.

The Ir.D.F. Woudagemaal (D.F. Wouda Steam Pumping Station) is on World Heritage Site.
