Divisions

Headquarters in Belgrade

Delta Holding has four divisions, each one serving a different purpose. The divisions are as follows:

  • Delta M: The largest division in Delta Holding. This division operates in agribusiness, retail, distribution, financial brokerage and real estate development. The agribusiness activities include agricultural production, processing, distribution and marketing. Also in the Delta M group, the Maxi supermarket chain, C-market and Pekabeta corner shop network are included. 'Tempo' was the first cash-and-carry centre opened in Serbia as well, under the Delta M banner. Delta M also plans over 800 million in real estate investments in the region. The main developments will be commercial premises and hotels, expansion of the Maxi supermarket chain, and a network of shopping malls. The shopping malls carry the name 'Delta City'.
  • Delta Sport: This division is the largest distributor of sports equipment in Serbia. Delta Sport has exclusive rights to expand Intersport's retail chain in Russia, thanks to a long-term contract with Intersport, the leading sports retailer. In the Balkans, Delta Sport is also the exclusive distributor of Nike. Delta Sport's long term goal is to expand the retail network in all markets in which it operates.
  • Delta MC: Delta MC represents an Italian forklift manufacturer, 'OM PIMESPO', one of the world leaders in its field. Delta MC performs sales of all leading national and international tyre brands as well. Delta Bike, a subsidiary of Delta MC, is the biggest bicycle producer in the country. The plant of Delta Bike is located in Subotica, and is equipped with machinery capable of producing a full range of bicycles.
  • Delta Insurance: This division has the highest growth in the Serbian insurance market. Delta Re is the newest subsidiary of Delta Insurance. Their reinsurance partners are Hannover RE, Swiss RE, Munich RE and Aon Corporation. The services were expanded to include Delta Life, the life insurance program and Delta Pension Fund.
