Perang Bintang is an annual football All-star game in Indonesia, which is usually held during the half season break in Liga Indonesia Premier Division (before 2008) or Indonesia Super League (after 2008). Since 1994 (when a full professional football league was established in Indonesia), there have been 3 All-star games (1994, 1995 and 2006). In these three games, the real all-star game model were used. Football fans will choose their best and favourite players to play in both participating teams.
However, starting from Perang Bintang 2010, the match will be held in the end of the season and a different players selection method were used. Instead of both teams, football fans can only vote for one team. The other spot will be automatically taken by the Indonesia Super League champions. Obviously, the All-star team will not be composed of any player from the winning team of the league.
Usually, season's best player, top scorer, and other awards will be inaugurated by the PSSI during this festival.

Different from the previous three editions, in this year the games will involve the champions of Indonesia Super League (ISL) and ISL U-21.[1]
- 2009-10 ISL U-21 Champion (Persib Bandung U-21) vs 2009-10 ISL U-21 Selection
- 2009-10 ISL Champion (Arema Indonesia) vs 2009-10 ISL Selection
Due to security reasons, the venue of this festival has been moved from Jakarta to Malang, East Java and the first game (involving U-21 players) was cancelled.
In this edition, the ISL Selection won 5-4 over Arema Indonesia. Park Jung-Hwan, Aldo Baretto and Roman Chmelo scored twice in this game.
