Niebylec [ɲɛˈbɨlɛt͡s] is a village in Strzyżów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Niebylec.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Strzyżów and 22 km (14 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The village has a population of 594.
