State Route 370 is a north–south route located entirely in Early County. It runs parallel to the Chattahoochee River for its entire length, from its southern terminus at US 84/SR 38 (which Truncated in late 1980s when State Route 363 which original Southern terminus of US 84 was Decommissioned) to SR 62 in the western part of the county.
