WYO 13 is an east–west route (Southwest-Northeast Route) that runs from I-80 in Arlington northeast to Rock River where it has its east end at US 30 / US 287. WYO 13 passes through McFadden. WYO 13 begins in Carbon County and runs 9.29 miles (14.95 km) until it enters Albany County and then continues another 8.47 miles (13.63 km) to its east end.
