Angela Myles Beeching directs the Career Services Center at New England Conservatory of Music[1].

A music career specialist, she is the author of Beyond Talent: Creating a Successful Career in Music, published by Oxford University Press[2]. The first edition, published in 2005, is widely used by professional and student musicians; it frequently serves as a central career development text in music programs. An expanded second edition will be available in September 2010[3].

Dr. Beeching has also written for Classical Singer, Inside Arts, and Chamber Music magazines. In addition to workshops at many conservatories and schools of music, Ms. Beeching has presented at national conferences for arts administrators, music educators, and performers[4]. She coordinates NETMCDO, the Network of Music Career Development Officers[5].
