m moved Talk:Stars on 45 / Starsound to Talk:Stars on 45 over redirect: either Stars on 45 /Starsound / AND Stars On - or just Stars on 45. The latter seems most simple and logical with redirects.

Removed the bit in parentheses because it strikes me as somewhat patronising. [[User:Bonalaw|Bonalaw]] 10:26, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Patronising but perhaps somewhat neccessary, i'd sympathise with the comment - i doubt many people younger than my brother (a 1984 baby) could tell you straight up what the number represented. I'm a couple of years older and the vinyl single was pretty much a goner by the time I was in a music buying position at about 11 or 12 years old. PS I like weird al's polka mixes, but the only example I have of the 'real' stars on 45 type medley (oddly enough a CD, the first i ever bought at around 11 years old) is a pretty dire record.. two 30-minute mixes (so really more like stars on LP) by Chartbusta and the Megamixers. It's got all the familiar hits of the time, but my word, does it sound nasty. Hope most of the SO45s are better quality than this... 82.36.132.148 02:31, 3 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
