Jorge Regadas was born in Porto in 1957. He started his career as a main coach with S.C. Freamunde in 1997/1998. After two successful years, Regadas moved to F.C. Penafiel and has since produced a successful career in the Second Division and Liga Vitalis as head coach. Late, in 2006/2007 season, after passages for clubs like Trofense, Tirsense, S.C. Gondomar, FC Maia and FC Marco, Regadas returned to his sporting origins, at Freamunde, with huge success and a great campaign in Second Division.
