Fitz Hall (born December 20 1980) is an English footballer who plays for Crystal Palace in The Championship. He wears the number 25 shirt and is a defender who can also play as a central midfielder. He is nicknamed "One Size", as a pun on the phrase 'One Size Fits All'.
Fitz joined Crystal Palace F.C. from Southampton F.C. at the beginning of the 2004 season for £1.5m and went straight into the first team.
The 6' 4" (193cm) central defender from Walthamstow started his career at Barnet before moving to non-league Chesham United where Bob Dowie was manager. Iain Dowie first noticed Fitz playing for his brother's team while managing at Oldham Athletic and bought him for £30,000 in the summer of 2002. Fitz was sold to Premiership Southampton a year later for £250,000.
