Uropterygius versutus is a moray eel found in the eastern Pacific ocean, from Mexico to Panama.[1] It was first named by Bussing in 1991,[1] and is commonly known as the Two-holes moray, or the Crafty moray.[2] It dwells on sand and between rocks on ocean floors.[1]
