Alenia Aeronautica is an aerospace engineering corporation in Italy, a subisidary of Finmeccanica.

Alenia is one of the partner companies of the Eurofighter consortium, Eurofighter GmbH and also the Panavia Tornado consortium. The company builds aerostructures and components for a wide range of civil aircraft including the Boeing and Airbus families.
