== "Medial" ??? ==

This article contains several occurrences of the word '''medial''' to describe the direction toward the centreline of the face. It was my understanding that the correct term is '''mesial''' (with an S). I'm not a dentist, however, so before I just go in and change all the "medial"s to "mesial", I wanted to ask here, just in case I'm confused. Distinguishing characteristics of teeth

In this section, I have added the introductions from their respective articles for each tooth. Some of the introductory information in these articles are similar. It may be beneficial to re-organize the section by incisors, canines, premolars, and molars, and then have subsections of the individual teeth. Obviously, more specific content about each teeth need to be added to the individual articles and to these subsections. I just have not had a chance to do so yet, but maxillary central incisor should be a model for the rest of them. - Dozenist talk 13:36, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Section was reorganized. Important information about the distinctive features of each tooth still need to be added. - - Dozenist talk 13:29, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
