The intro seems to imply that the HVV consists of the transport companies. This is not true, as stated under "organization": The public bodies paying for transport services are members of the HVV. Tram better than bus?

Is there some factual support for the thesis that Metrobus Line 5 would better be served with a tram? The statement seems to violate WP:NPOV unless it is corroborated. --DrTorstenHenning 17:26, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
