Fatjon Tafaj (born March 19, 1982) is an Albanian footballer. He plays as a defender for KF Laci in the Albanian Superliga. His natural position is left back but he plays in other defensive positions as well. [3]
Career
Tafaj started his career with the youth squads of Partizani Tiranë playing in many international tournaments in USA, Canada, Italy, Bulgaria, Slovenia, among others.
In 2002 made his debut with the senior squad of KS Elbasani in Second Division prior to returning to his club Partizani Tiranë.
In 2004 Tafaj again left Partizani and joined KS Shkumbini Peqin where he played for two seasons.
In 2006 he returned again to Partizani Tiranë as a regular starter in the squad.
Kamza
Following Partizani's relegation from the Albanian Superliga after a year of financial unrest which meant that the players were not being paid their wages for around 12 months, Tafaj decided to leave the club where he began his career and look for another side. He signed for the ambitious Albanian First Division side KF Kamza.
