However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Notability of Branislav Stanic

A tag has been placed on Branislav Stanic requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding hangon to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Kanata Kid (talk) 13:08, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Disregard the above notice. Per Wikipedia:Notability (people)#Athletes, your guy appears to be notable enough to justify an encyclopedia article. I've taken down the erroneously-placed speedy deletion tag and did a minute bit of formatting for you. Keep up the good work. --Dynaflow babble 13:30, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
One quick question about File:BranislavStanic.jpg: are you really the copyright holder? I ask because it looks like a club publicity still, for which the club might hold copyright. I see that you have uploaded the image to Wikimedia Commons, claiming copyright there. If you are not the copyright owner and don't have another usable image around, per the guidelines of WP:NFCC, the article should just go without a picture until a free, alternative pic is found or created. --Dynaflow babble 13:43, 19 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Predrag Jerinic

A tag has been placed on Predrag Jerinic requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding hangon to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. January 2009

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Predrag Jerinic. Please use the hangon template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. Rwiggum (Talk/Contrib) 06:55, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Predrag Jerinic

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Predrag Jerinic, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Hasn't played a game professionally, not meeting WP:ATHLETE

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the dated prod notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Thanks for uploading File:Partizan.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like PD-self (to release all rights), CC-by-sa-3.0 (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 23:45, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

Hello Zuull! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 15 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 7 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the unreferencedBLP tag. Here is the list:
