The title Knight of Malta is used by members of a number of different organisations all informally known as the Order of Malta, or originating from the Order of Malta. You may be looking for one of the following:
- Sovereign Military Order of Malta - a military, monastic, and medical Order with independent sovereign status.
- Order of Malta (Freemasonry) - a masonic Order, closely associated with the Masonic Knights Templar.
- Knights Hospitaller - the medieval Order of Knights of Malta who have inspired or directly founded most other Orders of similar name.
- Venerable Order of Saint John - an English Order of chivalry, and off-shoot of the medieval Knights of Malta, and parent body of St John Ambulance.
