Dr. Timothy Ting is a political commentator, pollster, and radio and television show host in Taiwan. Dr. Ting has hosted such programs as "Crossfire" on TNN and "Good Morning Taiwan" on News 98 Radio.
In 1991, Dr. Ting founded the Gallup Taiwan Organization. However, his partnership with Gallup had expired in 2002, therefore he does not currently represent Gallup. During the 2004 R.O.C. presidential elections, Dr. Ting represented the con-side, as part of a series of nationally televised debates, against DPP Legislator Chiu Tai-san regarding the nation-wide consultative referendum.
