Manon Flier (born February 8, 1984 in Nieuwleusen, Overijssel) is a female volleyball player from the Netherlands, who plays as a wing-spiker for Asystel Novara.

Flier was named Most Valuable Player at the FIVB World Grand Prix 2007 in Ningbo, PR China, where the Dutch national team won the gold medal[1].
