Munshi Abdul Majid (Template:Lang-ps) is an Afghan politician and the current governor of Badakhshan Province, Afghanistan. He is an ethnic Pashtun from Baghlan Province.[1] In the 1990s he served as an official in the Afghan Interior Ministry; he is also known as a writer and orator in Dari and Pashto.

Governor Majid is a high ranking member of Hizb-i Islami.[1]
