I get attacked frequently by a blocked user (User:Pplatis) and possibly by two of his pals on el.wiki. They are worried that Piraeus is not listed prominently in some articles. Just ignore them. SV1XV (talk) 18:08, 7 September 2010 (UTC)

Attiko metro

Athens has 3 metro lines ISAP :1 and AMEL 2&3 ISAP is not something diffirent such as Proastiakos, it's just another company, but operates metro line 1.

The article Attiko Metro, is about the metro system and not the company (Attiko metro SA). So, when we talk about Athens metro or attiko metro we mean all the 3 lines. Don't change the articles if you don't know. Do you live in athens? All articles in greek and all other languages show 3 lines. Moving article

I have not moved any article (Attiko Metro or Athens metro) or redirected any of them. I just made changes to Attiko metro article.

By the way are you greek? As I can see you have never writen in the greek article of Athens metro or in any other language than English. You also don't understand what I say: I insist on having one article about Athens Metro (Metro> metropolitain in french means the metropolitan railway, which is railway that covers the metropolitan area of the city. Proastiakos is for suburban) So, no matter if there are two or more companies for the operation, ISAP line and AMETRO lines are all part of the Athens Metro. That is why the title should be Athens Metro and not Attiko Metro. It reffers to the metro system and not to the company. You can see that in the article of Barcelona metro (where there are two companies of operation but ONE page for the metro system).

You have to be very sure of what you say, when you insist, especially when everyone, every wiki article and all maps, show the Athens metro system with 3 lines. AMEL has lines 2 and 3, meaning that there is line 1 also part of the same system.

Yes, I didn't want to, I've tried to be patient, to talk with him etc, that's why I'm one step away from asking help from an administrator now. But what's his problem? I've already talked about it by myself. We'll see.. It's very good that you can be patient. I lose the control in similar cases frequently, but it's ok I don't break the rules, I'm experienced enough here to handle it.
