Ferris wheel on top?

I watched the National Geographic feature on this structure, and it was mentioned towards the end of the show that a ferris wheel is also planned to be installed on the top of the structure. What is interesting is the ferris wheel is not a "standing" structure, but a slanted one. But no mention of that is made in this article, so not sure if the plan will still push through.
