{please help me} Dear Stardust,

Thank you for your offer to help with my user page Dralexiades. How do biographies and pages on items of interest, such as groundbreaking research or patented products, get posted on wiki. I was ill informed that indeed one could generate a wiki page on their own work (which apparently is not true as it is a conflict of interest) and I noticed physicians who have wiki pages as biographies, which undoubtedly was initiated by them. How is this possible? In the meantime, what do I do with my test page?

Adopt-a-user reminder

Hello, I have completed a general cleanup of the adopter information page for the adopt-a-user project, located here. During my cleanup, I have removed several inactive and retired users. In order to provide interested adoptees with an easy location to find adopters, it is essential that the page be up-to-date with the latest information possible. Thus:

Ways to promote the project If you're interested in promoting the project, why not visit the Outreach department for more ideas? There are many ways to promote the project. One of them is to add the project's ad to your userpage. To do this, simply add the code {{Template:Wikipedia ads|ad=212}} to your talk or user page. Another thing you can do is to invite other users to join the project. To find prospective members search the history pages of Children's literature-related articles and invite people who seem to be deoing good things for these articles.
