Nickelodeon HD is a high-definition simulcast of the network Nickelodeon. It launched on 5 October 2010 on Sky in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.[1] In response to the Nickelodeon HD launch, MTVNHD will no longer broadcast a block of Nickelodeon programming every weekend and instead focus on music-related content. An international version of the channel will launch in 2011.
