Aqua Hotels and Resorts is a Honolulu-based hotel chain operating a multi-branded line of hotels, condominiums and vacation resort properties in Hawaii.
History
Aqua Hotels & Resorts was founded in 2001 by Hawaii hotelier Michael V. Paulin to provide full-service hotel management. The company currently offers two product lines, the modern styled Aqua Boutique which was launched in 2005 and the budget minded Aqua Lite line which was launched in 2006. Aqua manages resorts offering accommodations across the Hawaii Islands. Aqua Boutique Resorts are currently available on the islands of Maui, Kauai and Molokai. For three years running starting in 2007 through 2009 Aqua Hotels & Resorts was chosen as a ‘Fastest 50' company in Hawaii by Pacific Business News and [1] listed by the BBB since 2002 with an A rating[2].
Properties
There are a total of sixteen Aqua properties across 5 Hawaiian island. There are twelve on Oahu located in Waikiki, as well as one on Maui, one on Molokai, one on Kauai, and one on Lanai.
