Revamped and Translated

Hi guys... I translated this article from Spanish, but my Spanish is not really that great, and some of the stuff is probably bizarre. But feel free to add stuff and make lots of changes.Ychennay 03:19, 19 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, the "salsa golf" is just thousand island dressing, its just catchup and mayonnaise, Dr Loloir inventing it is just a argentine myth. The recipe is from New Orlean and the recipe is in A Book of Famous Old New Orleans Recipes, New Orleans, 1900, s.v. Breaded Veal Rounds and Thousand Island Dressing. Thanks. This tidbit is referenced in the salsa golf article. I added the reference to this article and requested verification, as the reference is a book I don't have access to.
