:The article reads like an advert to me, or at least, a bio written by Thirlwell's management or some such. Maybe the text was originally sourced from somewhere else? Whatever, this definitely needs work --[[User:Mcld|mcld]] ([[User talk:Mcld|talk]]) 18:46, 28 October 2009 (UTC)

:: If that's the case, half the Eastern Seaboard contributed to the No Wave movement. But seriously, folks... JG has always gone out of his way to obfuscate his own bio and create a character to live within. I suspect that 1960 may not be a 100% accurate birthdate. The article reads like an advert to me, or at least, a bio written by Thirlwell's management or some such. Maybe the text was originally sourced from somewhere else? Whatever, this definitely needs work --mcld (talk) 18:46, 28 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If that's the case, half the Eastern Seaboard contributed to the No Wave movement. But seriously, folks... JG has always gone out of his way to obfuscate his own bio and create a character to live within. I suspect that 1960 may not be a 100% accurate birthdate.
