what is the metro politan population?

i understand it lists a city limits population of about 5,000 people but this town is a major settlemnt in the cape incription and shark bay region of western australia certainly there must be suburban or metropolitan population surrounding this settlement. 99.164.52.125 (talk) 19:22, 13 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
