Dwell is a retailer of furniture in the United Kingdom. It has 25 retail outlets across the UK, with several in London including Westfield.

Origins

Dwell began trading with a single store in Balham in 2003. From there, it has grown to have multiple locations in London including Balham, Islington, Kingston, Richmond, Tottenham Court Road and Westfield. There are a total of 25 stores[1] across the UK including key areas such as Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

Operations

Dwell is based at the head office in Oxford Circus, London.[2]

Dwell operates a fleet of delivery vehicles and independently delivers furniture to locations across the UK. All deliveries are sourced from a central warehouse in Milton Keynes. The company also operates an e-commerce website.

The company has recently received £5m in funding from Key Capital Partners [3]

The flagship store is located in Tottenham Court Road, London.[4]

The company has announced plans from 2010, to expand to 60 stores and 20 concessions across the UK within five years.[5]
