If it weren't that the person who sent it to me, the author of the bit that the Guardian misquotes (an e-mail from one of Paul's professors) - a friend of mine, recently deceased - much might have to be changed about this article, but I seem to have waited a bit long for precisely that reason after being asked about it. Still, if someone from the Guardian reads this and wishes to compare Colin Seamarks' original e-mail with what's printed there, they'll see what I mean.
