Poly Real Estate Group Company Limited (SSE: 600048) is a large state-owned real estate enterprise held by China Poly Group principally engaged in the design, development, construction and sale of residential and commercial properties, as well as the provision of property management services.[1] It is engaged in residential and commercial property development and property management services in China.

Poly Real Estate is headquartered in Guangzhou, Guangdong.[2] It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1992.

Projects

Poly Real Estate's major projects include Guangzhou Poly Garden, Poly Champagne Garden, Guangzhou Poly International Plaza, Guangzhou Poly Plaza, Poly Begonia Garden and Poly Baiyun Villa, among others.

During the year 2008, Poly Real Estate approximately sold out 2.58 million square meters of properties.
