Just though I would let you know I changed the importance rating to the R. L. Stine article for the Children's literature project from high to top as R. L. Stine is considered the #1 bestselling children's author in history, beating J. k. Rowling and Dr. Seuss, so I figure he'd be of top importance to the project. If you disagree with this importance rating, let me know. Thanks. Fearstreetsaga (talk) 01:20, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

Revision as of 16:52, 23 December 2010

Please place new messages at the bottom of the page, with a new heading. Please remember to specify which article you are talking about, preferably with a link.

If you are posting to complain that I have reverted an edit of yours that wasn't vandalism, then it was probably a mistake and I was not trying to be unproductive. You have my apologies.

If you have a concern about a user I have welcomed to the project, please first read the information at User talk:Strdst grl/welcome and leave your message there.

Dralexiades

{please help me} Dear Stardust,

Thank you for your offer to help with my user page Dralexiades. How do biographies and pages on items of interest, such as groundbreaking research or patented products, get posted on wiki. I was ill informed that indeed one could generate a wiki page on their own work (which apparently is not true as it is a conflict of interest) and I noticed physicians who have wiki pages as biographies, which undoubtedly was initiated by them. How is this possible? In the meantime, what do I do with my test page?

Thank you again for any advice you can provide! Dr A

Articles needing infoboxes

There are lots of articles within this project's scope without infoboxes. They can help to improve the quality of an article by adding a brief overview. It's a task that won't take very long so why not head over now and help out?

From the Editor

Hello and welcome to this, the third edition of our WikiProject's newsletter. In this month's newsletter, I encountered a problem, well, two problems actually. I needed some help with the production: suggestions and other writers. As with last month, if you have any suggestions for the newsletter, please add them at the Tips Desk. If you would like to write some of the next issue, that's even better! Just come go over to the main Newsletter page to see where you can help out, and of course, as always, please give us your feedback on this edition, on the talk page. Until next time, happy editing!
