Ashworth College is a distance education school located in Georgia. Ashworth College is composed of its parent company Professional Career Development Institute, established in 1987.[1] Ashworth College also operates Ashworth College High School, formerly James Madison High School, a distance education institution that awards a regionally accredited high school diploma.[2]

Ashworth College markets itself as a "leader in lifestyle-friendly learning," a reference to the flexibility given to students to study at their own pace without the need for physical attendance in classroom settings. The school offers distance education classes with mailings through the United States Post Office, online on the Internet or a combination of both.
