Segawa Yasuo (瀬川 康男, 1932-04-05 - 2010-02-18) is a Japanese illustrator for children's books, born in Okazaki-city, Aichi prefecture.

As an illustrator of children's books he published more than 100 books.

He won the first grand prize in Biennial of Illustration Bratislava in 1967 for "Taro and the Bamboo Shoot" (ふしぎな たけのこ) with Masako Matsuno as its Author[1].

One of his books for babies is "Peek-a-boo" (いないないばあ, 1967), which became a long seller in Japan - more than 450 0000 has been sold[2][3].
