Dick Millman is the former [citation needed] CEO of Bell Helicopter according to http://www.shephard.co.uk/news/rotorhub/textron-names-john-garrison-president-amp-ceo-of-bell-helicopter/3474/. He has resided in this position since 2007, before which time he was President of Textron Systems following a 20-year career with Avco.[1]
