This article has recently been greatly expanded to include, in my opinion, a great deal of information that is more typical of advertising or personal promotion than is fitting for an encyclopedia article. Wikipedia articles are required to be "neutral", but currently this article features many sentences and words which openly promote the town and sound like something from the town's public-relations office. I would respectfully suggest that the article be revised/edited into a more neutral, encyclopedia-style format. Population

Someone changed the population to 234,000. I reverted it back to the 2009 census estimate of 4,134.
