Deerhoof vs. Evil is the tenth studio album by the band Deerhoof. It is due for release on January 6, 2011 in Japan on P-Vine Records[3], January 24, 2011 in the United Kingdom (on ATP Recordings)[4], January 25, 2011 (on Polyvinyl) in the USA[5], and January 30, 2011 on Flying Nun Records in New Zealand.[6] One of the tracks, "The Merry Barracks", is available to download on the band's website.[7]

The band have announced plans to leak the album one track at a time via different media outlets online, with a full map and schedule available on their website.[8] The first song to leak was "The Merry Barracks" which streamed on October 8, 2010, via the US website Pitchfork.[9]
