2011 Western Pacific typhoon season

Licensing of File:TropicalDepressionio.jpg

Are you sure that File:TropicalDepressionio.jpg is a Creative Commons – licensed image? I see a navy.mil notation at the bottom of the image; would that not make it a work of the US federal government and thus in the public domain? —C.Fred (talk) 05:41, 15 January 2011 (UTC)

How to edit it? Go to that page; there should be a tab at the top to edit the page. You'll have to put in the license tag manually, though; I don't know the code for that.
