The Raymond Dalmau Coliseum is located on Highway 2 in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico. Its grand opening by Puerto Rican governor Anibal Acevedo Vilá and the mayor of Quebradillas, Heriberto Vélez Vélez, took place in 2008.[citation needed] Basketball and Badminton event for the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games will be held there.[1]
