Welcome to Wikipedia the free encyclopedia. Free being if you work 20 hours on an edit and someone who spent their time moving up the admin inner circle decides they don't like it, they are free to delete your work for any reason they want and you are free to try over again and freely give work which might simply be deleted.

Come on people it is 2011, Wikipedia no longer has an excuse for this ruthless up or down editing of content. Drops in contribution mean something. Given that only 1% of the population could ever figure out how to use this tool in the first place perhaps more help and less rapid fire deletions would be good. Though I have to say overall this has improved, but the site is not yet where is really should be.
